Ji Asked: What should I say when the doctor asks if I am sexually active?

I am an 18 year old female. I can't remember my last physical – I think it was when I was 16. I'm on oral contraceptives for acne and I have been for two years.
Whenever my doctor would ask if I was sexually active I would say no. But now I'm 18 and I know she'd find it hard to believe. I haven't had sex, but I do have a boyfriend and we have had oral sex.
I know I don't have any form of STI because we are both still virgins and I have been with him for over a year – so what am I supposed to answer when the doctor asks "Are you sexually active?"
I know they ask that to narrow down who may need STI testing, pap smears (if you've had sex) or who's at risk of pregnancy.
So do I say yes? I don't think I'll need a pap smear until I'm 21 and I'm not at risk of pregnancy, especially because I'm already on oral contraceptives.
If I say yes what will the doctor ask after?
Will she send me for some kind of STI testing? Talking about this stuff makes me highly uncomfortable

Ok so I don't have real real bad acne or anything just a little here and there but I always get a zit right on my upper lip under nose ,have a couple under mouth, and my nose has a lot of black heads. So my question is
1-Can I use clearasil scrub thing when I shower then use strides pads at night before bed? (Should I do that differently or only one product)
2- I cannot get rid the black heads on my nose. What should I use to get rid of them they cover my whole nose and what to do to keep them gone.

Okay, I am on a cream medication prescribe by my dermatologist called Tazorac (use it two times a day). I have acne prone and oily skin. I also use Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser every day. The routines that I do for my skin is recommended by my dermatologist… but for some reason, I noticed shedding my my skin, A LOT! Is this normal? A good thing for my acne? My face is redder than before, and my acne has gotten better, just still get the breakouts… I just don't understand every 2 days there's a lot of excess skin. Bad Romance Asked: Bad acne that wont go away?

I have really bad acne, on my forehead, chin and upper lift. I use a Severe acene-free three step thing, and it seems to not work. I steam my face 4 times a week and wash it with clearisil. I also use a mint julep face mask which i wash off with shower water. I'm 16, male. And It's starting to hurt me when i move my face… I used proactive before, with no luck. My skin tends to be greasy. And I'm stressed alot, (Situations at home) Any tips?

I had a pimple on my cheek a couple weeks ago. I got rid of it by putting neosporin on it. (When it scabbed over) maybe wasn't my greatest idea but at the time i thought it was. Now a few weeks later there is a muted red dot. Its not huge but you can somewhat see it through my makeup.its bugging me cause there are days when it is redder and you can see it more. Ive had this happen before and i left it alone and eventually it went away but still :/ i have a guy to look good for now. What can i do to speed up the process without making facial masks?
