Does rice powder and milk make makeup that is good for acne prone skin?

Hey everyone. I do LARPing (Live Action Role Playing) and my character is supposed to have white face paint with tribal markings. This wasn't too much of a problem before as our gaming sessions would be around once or twice a month. So although my skin did react to my makeup, I would have time to heal up from it. And besides I would put on the makeup for maybe 4-5 hours tops durring those days as I would hurry to get it off ASAP when I got back home. However, as the group got bigger and a bit more serious, we are now planning a 1 week session, and there is even talk of a 2 week session in summer. Now the sheer thought of wearing the halloween makeup I use for even just a full day makes my skin scream for mercy. (and yes I will have to wear my makeup each day durring that week and will only be able to remove it at night) Hence I have been doing some ressearch and have found this one recipe for white makeup. It's apparently the recipe they traditionaly used in China, but just wanted to make sure it's safe to wear these ingredients on my face all day long.
4 tbsp. white rice powder
2 tbsp. milk (or water)
Also I was wondering if adding colorent to this recipe would be safe aswell(as I am also supposed to have tribal markings on top the white face paint)
As my skin is really really sensitive, I really want to find something that would really do NOTHING to it, because having to cure breakout after breakout is really starting to get anoying >_>
